Recently built, this house offers you a multitude of possibilities to relax and fully enjoy your holiday: you can savour a good breakfast on the terrace while enjoying the view of the marina, then settle on one of the sunbeds in the sun or on the sofa for a chat, you can also enjoy a game of pétanque and in the evening gather around good grilled food.



The living area is located upstairs, it is modern, cosy and overlooks two terraces. The American kitchen is fully equipped, you will find induction hobs, a refrigerator, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle, open onto a large table where you can share good meals.



Then the attic lounge is a soothing corner, light colours and wood dominate, it will be the ideal place to chat, read or play a board game.
