Its location in Sarzeau (Penvins district) is ideal for exploring the region. The house is 1.2 km from the first sandy beach and less than 2 km from the famous Penvins fine sand beach. Ideal for swimming, walking and sailing (with its large base offering a wide range of water sports).
The house is located 23 km from Vannes, 8 km from Sarzeau and 20 km from the port of Crouesty on the Rhuys peninsula.

This pretty new 107 m² wooden house, located in the commune of Sarzeau at Penvins in the Gulf of Morbihan, is close to the beaches and the small tourist resort of Penvins, and will appeal to you with its contemporary style.
With its large south-facing windows, it's a peaceful, light-filled home where you can relax and unwind. This is the ideal house for your stay with friends or family by the sea!

On one level, this house has a light-filled living room with a very pleasant lounge that can accommodate up to 8 guests, and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, double Nespresso coffee machine, etc.). You will also appreciate the high ceilings in this living room.

The house has a total of 3 bedrooms. 2 double bedrooms with queen-size beds, one of which has a master bathroom with walk-in shower and double basins. The third bedroom has bunk beds and 4 single beds (ideal for children or teenagers). There is also a second bathroom with bath, double washbasin and separate WC.

An enclosed garden (with outdoor furniture, parasol, deckchair and barbecue) and a large south-facing wooden terrace let you make the most of the Breton sunshine!
