Teilweise renoviertes Haus

Wir genossen den Aufenthalt. Alle Schlafräume sind klimatisiert und teilweise wunderschön renoviert, ebenso die Bäder.Die Treppen im Haus sind sehr steil und eng und das Haus ist ein paar Meter vom Poll under tollen Outdoorküche entfernt. Man konnte abends zu Fuß (20 Minuten) nach Sartene zum Abendessen. Zwar erwas anstrengend, da nur Bergauf, aber machbar.Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt, bei dem sich Thomas sehr zeitnah um Problemchen gekümmert hat.

Des prestations pas du tout à la hauteur du prix payé !!

Nous louons très régulièrement des grandes villas avec piscine en Corse dans les mêmes budgets et avons été extrêmement déçus par celle-ci, très en-dessous de ce à quoi nous sommes habitués et qui ne mérite pas du tout le prix demandé (4000€) pour une semaine en août. Le cadre et le site sont magnifique mais : - 5 Chambres indiqués dans l'annonce : rien ne précise que 2 d'entre elles (chambres 2 et 4 de l'annonce) doivent être traversées pour accéder aux chambres 3 et 5 qui n'ont pas d'accès direct : très compliqué à gérer avec des enfants qui ne se lèvent et se couchent pas forcément à la même heure que les parents - Climatisation indiquée dans l'annonce : seulement 2 des 5 chambres sont climatisées. C'était un critère important pour nous, qui plus est dans une location à ce prix-là !! - Les escaliers (non visibles sur l'annonce) sont très raides et non sécurisés pour des enfants. Une seule barrière de protection qui n'est pas installée et que l'on ne peut pas mettre en place (cassée). - D'une manière générale maison ancienne, déco très datée, pas très propre et terrain peu entretenu (dépôts d'objets un peu partout, haie non taillée en bordure de piscine, famille de rats installée dans les palmiers...) - Odeur importante de moisissure / eaux usées : dans la salle de bain du deuxième étage ainsi que dans la chambre 5 et la salle de bain attenante. La cuvette des toilettes (SdB chambre 4 et 5) est cassée et maintenue par 1 sangle - pas assez de place pour finir l'énumération

Proprietaire très sympa. Par contre certains endroits où il y a des lits ne sont pas des pieces privatives.( pas d'intimite) Ca peut aller pour des jeunes. Mais pas pour des couples plus âgés. Superbe cuisine d'été et piscine.
