Nice house . Great for families
There were six of us who stayed here for two weeks at the end of June 2024. 4 adults and two children ages 2 and 4. One master bedroom on the top floor and three small bedrooms on the main floor. All had Air conditioning and full bathrooms . The kitchen was relatively well equipped . The pool (salt water) was very nice ( but no ladder nor stairs) and the property is on a small rocky beach . ( Too rocky to swim).
The owners who live nearby were very nice and very attentive. They told us they had just sold the property so not sure if future owners will rent it. If you want a house with both a pool and near the sea, I would recommend this place. There are two beaches( Favone and Cannella) that are great for families within a 5 minute drive ( but too far to walk, especially with small children.) Both have a few restaurants right on the beach. Extremely clear waters ( would throw bread to feed the fish… kids loved it)and almost no waves, so great for toddlers
House had plenty of linens, beach towels and beach toys for kids. Wifi was good.
My only complaint ( minor) is no weekly cleaning nor linen change provided
