This beautiful 2 bedroom condo sits on the ground floor just steps from the pool. This unit is one of a few that offers direct pool access off the back terrace!

We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Situated right off the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, a children's play area and a sports complex with tennis, pickleball, basketball and soccer. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 15-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR you can take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access.

Playas del Coco is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!




Guests have private access of the condo and balcony. PACIFICO amenities like the pools, sports complex and Beach Club are shared with other guests.

This fully furnished ground floor, two-bedrooms and two bathroom condo backs onto the incredible lifestyle pool.  The bright living space has a large kitchen with island seating.  A dining table that seats 8 and a large living space leads out to the covered terrace.  Both lounger chairs and a dining area await on the terrace, or simply walk out from your terrace to the beautiful pool area.

The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a large en suite bathroom with double vanities, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed.  Whether you are two couples or a family, this unit is ideal.⁣⁣ Both bedrooms and living room are equipped with TVs.

Getting Around
Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).

There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)

PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service.

All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club.

Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost. The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.

*The Pacifico Beach Club is closed each year for the month of October.

Great location for a 10 day trip! The pool is right outside the door. Easy walk to other amenities and the grocery store. Condo had tons of glasses and dishes. Various ways to make coffee/espresso. Easy to check in/out and get through the security gates as well. Would stay here again.

This was our first time to Costa Rica. This property is absolutely beautiful. You feel like your in the jungle. The pictures do not do this justice. The pools are amazing and the Beach club is wonderful. We rented golf carts so we can get around town and to the beach. So much to see & do. We all had a wonderful time. The condo had everything we needs. It was really nice.

Fantasia place to stay

We loved our condo here in Costa Rica. We felt safe and the grounds were so nice. Condo was full with so many amenities there wasn’t one thing missing. I would highly recommend this condo and the Beach Cub that was available to the guest that stayed there. The beach and Beach Club were a simple golf cart ride away.

Great place

This was a great place to stay in Coco. Ground floor unit had a nice patio with direct access to pool area. The grounds were very nice. The unit had all you need. It was a bit too far to walk to the beach as it was very hot out. We rented golf carts to get around and that made everything easy to get to.
