There is a large supermarket and bank right beside the complex. Otherwise, you can also enjoy dining and shopping down the street leading to the heart of town, which is only 500m away! Another 500m down the road and you will find yourself at the main beach of Coco.

The third bedroom has a bunk bed setup, with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. Additionally, there’s a trundle-style pull-out bed, providing extra sleeping space for up to two more guests. In total, this third bedroom can accommodate up to five guests or three guests if there is only one guest per bed. There is also a storage area in the third bedroom.

All bedrooms, including the living room, have their own separate air conditioning units.

The living room features a comfortable XL L-shaped sofa and a 60-inch Smart TV. It seamlessly connects to the open-concept kitchen, where you will find a dining table suited for six guests, a double-door fridge, an extra-large toaster oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a stove-top with a two-in-one microwave oven.

This unit also includes a washer available for guest use. Off the main living area, you will find the master bedroom, which features a queen-size bed and a smart TV, and a second bedroom with two individual beds. Both bathrooms are accessible from outside the bedrooms. Each bedroom offers ample storage space for guests to keep their belongings.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.

The unit is located on the second floor and is accessible via approximately 20 stairs.
