The staff is so nice and went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated and comfortable. Our suite was new and clean and had everything we needed from cooking pans, a hair dryer, beach towels, and even bikes to ride around town. The pool was clean and warm. The location is great because you are about a 100 yard walk to the beach one direction or to restaurants and shopping the other direction. It’s right in the middle of everything yet off the main road enough that we could get a quiet nights sleep.

The property is located walking distance to the beach and awesome dining options. The staff is friendly and the units were in good condition. We enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning.

The place is close to Siesta Village and a block and a half from beach. We walked to various restaurants and great coffee shops. The main office was about two blocks away so we had to go there to get towels and beach chairs. There was not enough light to walk from where we park to the side walk to walk in the back to our place. We didn't realize there was a pool since it was by the main office. Overall, it was a nice, clean and had everything we needed.

NOT WORTH THE EXPENSE! Apartment had a full kitchen but no toaster, had a coffee maker but no coffee, sugar, bottled water, only enough cups and dishes for 3 or 4, no pans, no dishtowel, NOWHERE to sit other than sofa bed (I got a backache from sitting on edge of bed.) NO table or CHAIRS, NO USB chargers, no laundry on any of their properties, broken tv remote, AC had to be fixed on arrival, porch light was out, one of the pools (had to drive to it) was nice, but no restrooms. I feel I have been ripped off and grossly overcharged. Understand they are recovering from storm damage, but they should have reduced the prices and fees to compensate for the missing items!! I am extremely disappointed. No complaints about the staff. They were okay (except at check-in we didn't get all of the info and codes we needed, but it was very busy at the time.)

Tropical Breeze Resort is in a huge rebuilding project after the hurricane. There are piles of debris everywhere. One of the pools was out of service. Most of the rooms are not available. We left because of state of disrepair. We understand that they were hard hit from the hurricane, but the site should be honest and tell people the current inhospitable condition of their "resort". Owner emailed he would reimburse, but have not been credited money from them. Expedia reimbursed most of our stay.

We booked successfully via Expedia but when we drive there at 8 pm there are no employees here and passers by told us it has closed and not yet open to customers. The resort is totally in darkness like A ghosted house. Where should I live in? Who is responsible for that? It’s Christmas holiday and currently I cannnot book any room now?

A very quaint quiet place to stay. We loved our stay and hope they recover quickly from the Hurricanes they experienced. We loved the main pool and had it to ourselves every evening. One important and unusual fact, the mattress was as comfortable as ours at home. We are looking forward to our next visit.
