We had a wonderful stay at Tropical Beach Resorts! This is a nice, family-like resort that truly makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The location is great—just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and only 5 minutes walking distance to local restaurants, shops, and cafes. The staff was amazing and helpful, always ready with a smile and great recommendations for the area. One of the small but thoughtful touches we loved was the free coffee, tea, and cookies available all day from 8 AM—a perfect way to start or break up your day. Just a heads-up: if you want to relax on the beach, you’ll need to rent chairs and an umbrella. It’s about $40 per day for 2 chairs and 1 umbrella, so plan accordingly. Highly recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons—it’s a popular spot for a reason! And another great option - free parking. I would highly recommend this place to stay!

The hotel is basically an upgraded motel. The pool is very nice but there was constant construction on the street, the private beach is small and next to a very rundown area, and the manager was very rude. I had an emergency and had to leave, she was very rude and said under no circumstances would they be able to provide any sort of refund, that I should have known about my emergency three days prior. I would not recommend this location. The room was fine but it’s not worth the price at all.

What an amazing job they have done restoring this property after the hurricane. Rooms are amazing (we had the sundeck room) and the new pool are is beautiful. We are not normally pool people but used it for a few hours every afternoon. Fresh coffee and cookies in reception, direct beach access and the Frog Hop up to the village is so convenient. If we go back to Siesta Keynes will for sure stay here again.

Walking to the beach was a short the walk and we were able to bring our own chairs, umbrella, and cooler with food/drinks. No Pets allowed but we saw a few small dogs at the beach so maybe we can bring our chihuahua next time.

The new pool is absolutely beautiful and so spacious, even on a busy day! It’s walking distance from so many things and you can easily catch the trolly right outside the resort.
