I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit. Unfortunately, the attention provided was poor, with staff showing little interest and no willingness to assist with basic inquiries.
In addition, the facilities were in unacceptable condition: rooms that smell of marijuana, "neglected common areas", "lack of cleanliness", etc.
