Amazing Location with a Perfect Outdoor Pool for our Family Vacation

Amazing location just a short distance from Lido and Siesta beaches. Our family loved the outdoor pool! Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The house had more supplies than most rental properties. Check in and checkout went very smoothly. Property managers were very communicative and attentive. Would stay here again on any of our trips back to Sarasota.

Not the best experience

Pros:The pool was large clean and the kids had a great time.The backyard is very big and plenty of space to use.Close to shops and short drive to the beach.Had a lot of little extras to use during your stay which is nice because some places are completely bare.Cons:Our linen on the beds were dirty when we arrived. The extra sheets were put away wet so they were still wet and smelled like mildew.The linen is also dingy and worn some had holes and the extra comforter seemed like there was a burned area.There are bugs in the house to include cockroaches and ants.The pink room is not a true bedroom it’s between the laundry room and garage. It’s away from the other bedrooms. There’s no closet and it has a door to the outside, so may not be suitable for small children.The light in the dining area still doesn’t work like mentioned in another review.I did notify the host upon our arrival and they offered to send someone out but I didn’t need people in and out for an issue that was already mentioned in a previous review and I could handle washing and switching out the dirty linens.

Love the backyard in the pool.

The home itself was fine however it seems that there may be some electrical issues in the kitchen dining area, the "third bedroom" was nothing like the picture showed. It was like a large closet. Good thing it was just two of us at this time because the third one was not workable. No outlet in the master bath was quite inconvenient. that being said we still had a wonderful time. The pool was amazing.

Relaxing!

Great property. Amazing pool and outdoor area. My only complaint is the HVAC struggles when it’s super hot outside and the main bedroom doesn’t ever cool off. Other than that, plenty of space and relaxing place. Close enough to the beach and everything you need, but far enough away from the busy areas. Perfect spot.
