You’ll be very glad you chose to stay here. It’s walking distance to everything downtown, dozens of restaurants, live theater, galleries, ballet, opera, the bay, museums, Selby Gardens, and more. The neighborhood is cozy and quaint with unique architecture, 1920s bungalows, brick streets underfoot and a canopy of trees everywhere you walk. Your apartment is well appointed, comfortable and extremely clean. Art and sunshine are everywhere, vaulted ceilings, a wrap around bank of original 1920 windows and blackout curtains in the bedroom if you’d like to sleep late. The garden area has lush, tropical foliage everywhere. It’s quiet and relaxing with sunshine filtering through a canopy of 200 year old oak trees overhead. Comfortable outdoor sofa and chairs as well as a patio table set and grill with a backdrop of Giant Birds of Paradise and thick bushy palms. The cafe lights walk with you from your car to apartment. Truly a secluded gem with everything going just down the street. Beach chairs, beach towels and bag, boogie boards, innertubes, snorkels with goggles, beach umbrellas and bikes are yours for the taking. (We left the sea shells and seahorses at the beach!)
