Shower would not drain properly. Had to turn water off to wash body or would be standing in water. Shower curtain was not long enough - so water got on the floor. Mold all around the shower. Went to wipe up a beverage spill on the floor and the white towel was brown. Telling me the floors were not mopped. Other than these couple issues , the grounds were very nice, beds very comfortable and nice having a bar on sight.

Everyone was so nice, the rooms were clean and it was quiet. There was a beautiful pool and a live band in the Tiki hut on the weekends. It’s also close to many attractions. I would definitely stay there again.

loved the Tiki Hut and they gave us 2 free drinks. The room was updated but the outside could use a upgrade, especially for the price you pay for this hotel. The pool and set up was nice!

Check-in was easy and quick. Resort attendants were very personable. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved having the walk out patio to the pool. The Bahi Hut Lounge bartender made amazing drinks!

Very misrepresented. Run down old motel, a real rip off. Hotel bar had Karioke and live music so loud and late we could not sleep even with earplugs. Sheets did not fit bed. 3 mismatched pillows for a king sized bed. Funky old shower floor. Direct booking would have been cheaper than Expedia. Stay away.

The reviews were correct! Cool place!

I was surprised at how nice this place is. The previous reviews convinced me to stay, and I was intrigued by the retro-vibe in the photos. Check in was easy, the room was large, the bed was comfy, and the blackout drapes helped silence the noise from US41 and the airport. Might have to consider staying there again if I'm ever in Sarasota.
