Great location close to siesta key beach, room was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and the free coffee and tea was nice to have available. The pool was nice. Enjoyed our stay , would stay here again.

I can’t believe Hilton is affiliated with this hotel….very disappointing. The only reason I booked this hotel was because of the Hilton name. Well I want to be honest it appears someone tried to put lipstick on this pig, it’s obvious it’s old motel building that was completely repainted and got new carpets and new furniture. To but it bluntly it was a Half Ass attempt to renovate / renew this old building. Our bathroom door would bang into the ceiling light fixture every time you opened or closed the door. The towel rack is barely hanging on the wall I was afraid to touch it or hang a towel for fear it would fall off the wall. The calking around the tub and shower walls is missing about 12” of calming showing a big gap between the wall and tub. Many of the entry doors and doors to the rooms are in terrible shape and should have been replaced in the attempt to renovate this building. During our stay there was a group of people that returned to the hotel around 3 AM and were extremely loud and noisy, I tried numerous times to call the front desk to ask them to quite the drunks so I could try to fall back to sleep…..My advice is Hilton….take your name off that building.

sticky bathroom floor, bath tub faucet did not work properly, Bath tub handicap rail was loose (repaired but still loose), TV kept freezing up, ants on our vanity every morning, pool was super noisy and management said it was the bar tender's job to stop the noise...what the heck is wrong with this management? I learned to never stay in a Spark Hilton again.

A little old .the elevator is build in 1900 ? Is unsafe .because people can enter the elevator to the storeys from the parking lot without using a cardkey.
