All staffs were very kind. The value for money was excellent. The room was small, but clean and well maintained. It also had a washing machine, and the bathroom was very clean as well. I especially liked that free coffee and juice were available on the first floor from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Room was spotless with a lot of amenities, Including a washer/dryer! Close to all the main areas and the winter illumination! Easy to walk to from Sapporo station due to the underground walkway! Lovely little seat and table for two in the room which is unusual. Only issue if you were staying for more than a night was that it lacked space to store clothes (common issue I've found in Japan)!

Excellent hotel, Great location within 200m from Tanukikoji shopping street, public transportation and comfortable walking distance to the airport limousine. Staff are very polite, professional and communicate well in English. Room is comfortable and they provided daily change of towels in clean sealed plastic bags hung on the door. Housekeeping lady was very polite too. I am very amazed that they had a washing/dryer machine, provided laundry detergent, had a microwave and excellent provision of room amenities to take from the lobby. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel 👍👍 The only pity was the Japanese hotel breakfast I was looking forward to, was closed and under renovation. However, I believe they are doing this to upgrade the overall experience for future travellers. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my winter holiday in March 2026. Thank you for making my stay great 👍

Very convenient location. Lots of dining places and shopping within 10~15 mins walk plus walking distance to Sapporo TV Tower, Nijo Market, Odori Station, Tanukikoji Shopping Street and Susukino. Washer/dryer in room was useful with good instructions in English. Downside is room is rather small with very limited space and no wardrobe/clothes closet. Had to "live out of suitcase" and kept clothes in luggage under the bed.
