The room is clean and the location is walkable to many places, just steps away from Sapporo station and Odori station. The staff are all very kind and helpful. My luggage was unfortunately damaged by my airline when I got to Sapporo. I had to buy a replacement and the staff offered to help me to dispose the old luggage (at a cost, of course), which would be a huge hassle for me otherwise.

Went during last week of October. They have construction going on but everything is still great. Walking distance to a mall that has underground access to the trains. A lot of convenience store close by the hotel. Room is a bit small but thats to be expected. It’s clean to a standard and front desk were really nice. It’s nice that they have the lockers for your luggage if you do come early. My partner liked the pillow corner where they have a variety of pillows for you to choose from and take to your room. There’s also public bath. Wouldn’t mind staying here again.

The hotel is conveniently located to walk to the most popular places around Sapporo. Airport Limousine Bus drops off very close by and there's multiple pick-up areas nearby as well. My stays here are always comfortable.

I booked this during Golden Week and it was centrally located right by the TV tower. I did not know but it is pretty much center of everything around Sapporo, so it was easy to catch a train in any direction I wanted to go. You get an option to pick different types of billows, an onsen, and free coffee!! I will book again!

The room is actually small. It looks bigger with cleaver design. There is no bathtub. Just shower. Public bath is available at level 2. Easy walk from Sapporo station and Odari park.
