Really superb location, right across the Sapporo Station. Room was small but clean. Breakfast was buffet style with a variety of choices, though the breakfast hall was really crowded during peak hour. Overall a great hotel.

Great location as it is across the road from the main train station in Sapporo. Good sized room. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay there again.

Convenient location; great breakfast

Room is really small but I think that’s normal for Japanese hotel. Staff is very very nice and helpful. Location is really convenient. Hotel breakfast is really good - a wide variety of Japanese food and some western food like scrambled eggs, bread products, sausages. My favorite indulgence is the soft serve ice cream machine.

The room assigned to us at 8/F is in an old and poor condition. Not only the furniture, but the bedding is also pilling. Other than that the carpet under one of the bed is wild cut open with a big hole which looks horrible.

The hotel is near Sapporo station. You can go to B1 and it was connected to the Sapporo underground shopping street and stations (JR, subway). And you can walk to Odori park, Tanukikoji in the underground no matter the weather is. I was surprised the public facility in Sapporo.

The room is so small for 2 people and 3 luggage’s. They only clean the room every 3 days. The food is same everyday. I skipped two days breakfast as it is too boring. Not worth for money.

Met and welcomed by the manager who checked us in. This property is very convenient by train. There is a bus transfer to the airport within 50 metres from the front of the hotel. It is just opposite Diamaru shopping center. There are nearby good eateries but please book in advance. A good place to stay and revisit.

I found the Gracery Hotel very convenient to the train station but there was a lot of road works around the hotel building which made it difficult to navigate. The rooms very very small and cramped but tidy. There was also a lot of construction going on in the foyer which made it noisy and cramped. Some of the staff had difficulty understanding English but were helpful.

Great Stay

The hotel was right on the corner across the street from Sapporo station. So convenient to both main station and also subway station. The hotel building is under construction so you might not recognize it but once you find it you’ll know how convenient it is. At check in the hotel tries to make you self check in but the person at the desk helps you .The hotel has a few amenities near the reception center and a lounge on the same floor with a coffee machine. There’s a LAWSON convenience store right behind the building. I enjoyed my stay there with all the convenience.
