宿泊料金が安かったのでしょうがありませんが 部屋が狭かった。ベッドからトイレに行くのが 大変だった。朝食の料金にびっくり内容が素晴らしい のでしょうが、私には・・・ですね。

朝食がスタートしていましたが別で予約しないといけなかったので今回は利用しなかったのですがちょうど館内をうろうろしていたら良かったら中見ませんなと声かけして頂きとつても豊富なメニュー後でセットでの宿泊プランがあったらエスコンみながらのモーニングもいいかなぁと思いました 素晴らしいモーニング会場で素敵なメニューでした

厳しい滞在でした。

写真にある温浴施設はオープンしてないし、レセプション担当は、チェックインメールが届いてないのに、探せと圧迫してくるし、、そもそもエスコンフィールドと離れているのに、紛らわし名称のホテルだし、壁の遮音ご悪すぎと、、、厳しい滞在でした。

ホテル専用の朝食があってほしい ホテルとは関係ないと思いますが、フードコートの雰囲気がイマイチで、店員が愛想がない、活気がない、食べ物の写真と実際とは詐偽にあったみたいに全く違う！ 色んな店の食べ物かシェアできるテーブルが少なく、できるものと出来ないものがあって、よくわからず、野球の試合があるときは宿泊者の夕食とか落ち着いて食べれない！ 部屋は最高！ ホテルから駐車場までがわかりずらいのでしっかり書いといてほしい！ 宿泊者が夜や朝にファミマに行くとき行きずらい 気軽なカフェとかバーガーキングとかあるとよいかな 球場がなかったらフードコートは行かない。 とにかく活気がほしい！開幕初日なのにフードコートで野球を写してなかったのが一番ガッカリ！店内放送ぐらいせめて流してほしかった！開幕だぜ？？

オープン間際にしても、スタッフ教育などフォローが足りない。 北海道のホテルで、部屋にシャワーのみは、 冬を舐めてる。近くに温泉も無い。
