部屋の掃除が出来てなく、非常に不快でした。 新しいホテルなので期待しすぎていたのかもしれないです。 部屋に備え付けの電話もなく、フロントに直接連絡できず非常に不便さを感じました。

ツインの部屋に泊まりました。 広くて清潔感があり、窓からはエスコンが見えてよかったです。 ただ、シャワールームが狭く、右半身に障害がある私には辛かったのが残念。 あと、キャリーケースを置けるところがなく、ベッドに広げるしかないのがイヤでした。 チェックイン、チェックアウトはフロントのタブレットで自分でやりますが、なんの説明もなくわかりにくかったです。 フロントに12球団のユニフォームが展示してあって、天井からサイン入りのバットが飾ってあたりで、野球好きにはたまらんホテルでした。

スタッフの対応や チェックイン、チェックアウトなどは良かったです。 しかし一つ残念だったのは部屋の照明が暗すぎること。 スーツケースの小さな数字や細かなものが見えにくく 不便さを感じました。（私達シニア世代なので） もう少し個人で明るく設定できる工夫があると 助かります。
