It is a love hotel, so a booking through expedia seemed to be unusual. But the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the large bath and nice shower, large bed and many amenities of the hotel. There is a dyson hairdryer, a straightener, face steamer, and so on. Popular brands of shampoo, etc. can be borrowed for free. Drinks, icecream etc. in the room for additional charge, room service orders until 4:00am. Anything you might want is probably available. We only booked because there were no rooms in Sapporo at an affordable price, but the stay was amazing, would come again!
