A casa é ótima, enorme e super bem localizada. O condomínio é sensacional! Foi uma semana maravilhosa e voltarei lá com certeza. Aproveito para agradecer a Claudia, dona do imóvel, que foi muito atenciosa.

O imóvel não acomoda 12 pessoas como informado.

O Condomínio onde o imóvel está localizado é excelente e próximo da praia como informado. A casa é muito boa, porém, deixou a desejar quanto a acomodação, uma vez que não comporta 12 pessoa como informado, já que duas camas de solteiro estão localizadas num soton, com dificil acesso e sem condições de habitabilidade (sem banheiro e o calor é insuportável). A casa necessita com urgência a instalação de ar condicionado em 3 suites, pois o calor, principalmente das suites superiores é demais e o ventilador de teto não resolve o problema. Outro ponto negativo é a baixa qualidade dos colchões. Resumido, a casa é boa, mas sem essas providencias eu não locaria novamente.
