é o que promete o anúncio, ótima casa para temporada, praia tranquila, para quem quer sossego. Para sair num agito, Camburí, a praia ao lado e cheia de gente, dá para ir a pé.

Réveillon na Praia da Baleia

O anuncio corresponde bem ao imóvel, amplo, arejado, confortável. os 4 cômodos tem ar condicionado. A casa fica um pouco distante da entrada do condomínio, mas o caseiro auxilia com contato de pessoas que montam o serviço de praia. Ele nos indicou também uma diarista. o contato com a Olinda foi excelente e nos passou todas as informações com agilidade e gentileza.

Muito bom!

Casa muito aconchegante e local tranquilo. Caseiro e administradores muito bons e nos auxiliaram em tudo. No entanto, como sugestão, Faltam alguns utensílios domésticos mais básicos (potes plásticos para guardar comida, abridor de latas…) e material básico para limpeza e lixo. De resto, como panelas, pratos e talheres tudo ok!! Todos quartos com ar condicionado e funcionando muito bem. Voltaremos!!

A casa corresponde ao anúncio. Quartos confortáveis e espaço para churrasco e piscina ideal para reunir no final da tarde . Tivemos problemas decorrente da forte chuva , mas o caseiro foi nora 10 e não nos deixou na mão . Parabéns !

Pontos Fortes: Condomínio maravilhoso, casa bem mobiliada, ótimos utensílios de cozinha, cadeiras de praia, caseiro muito prestativo e atencioso, ótima limpeza, churrasqueira excelente, piscina excelente, paisagismo da casa é muito agradável, TV a cabo. A casa fica em uma rua tranquila e sem saída, onde vários carros podem ser estacionados com tranquilidade. As 03 suítes são confortáveis. Pontos de melhoria: O quarto de solteiro não possui ar condicionado e seria importante devido ao forte calor de janeiro, quando alugamos a casa. As 03 suítes possuem aparelhos antigos de ar condicionado, com ruído acima da expectativa.
