Property and location was good, but there were a lot of construction noises all throughout the night. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

Location is good. Metro station, shopping and Avenida Paulista are at walking distance. Breakfast was excellent. Single room is very small, but it was good enough to rest.

Muitos problemas em um único lugar

Os problemas começaram no checkin e só terminaram no chekout! Estávamos em dois quartos, um quarto foi liberado no horário, porém quando entramos era no subsolo janela aberta pra rua, muito perigoso, o quarto extremamente mofado, e tinha uma goteira no banheiro que estava todo alagado! Pedimos pra trocar de quarto e ficamos mais de uma hora esperando. As pessoas que estavam no outro quarto só conseguiram fazer o checkin de fato 1:30 depois das 14h. No segundo dia saímos pela manhã solicitamos a troca das toalhas retornarmos por volta das 17h e não tinha toalha limpa, ficamos aguardando até as 21h as toalhas limpas chegarem da lavanderia! Fora esses problemas, só conseguíamos dar descarga uma vez por dia no banheiro, após isso a caixa de descarava não enchia para a próxima! Não fiquem em frente a rua pois o isolamento acústico é ruim e o hotel fica em frente a doca do shopping, o barulho de caminhões e trabalhadores é insuportável! Já fiquei em hotéis na região na mesma faixa de preço sem esse tipo de problema!

Quarto sem conforto, presença de mofo, talhas de banho de pessima qualidade. Banheiro com vazamento no box e quando fui falar com a moça da recepção a mesma me sugeriu emprestar um baldo para que eu pudesse limpar o banheiro. Café da manhã com pouquíssimas variadas também.

Atraso no cheking, limpeza mal feita, chão molhado e cheiro de detergente, claridade tamanha dentro do quarto,a noite parece dia, barulho a noite inteira. Nenhum abajur na cabeceira. Peço ao hostel não me apresentar hotel desta categoria porque não foi barato. Caro e ruim.

Não recomendo

O quarto fica de frente para uma rua movimentada e tem apenas um vidro comum, o que o deixa extremamente barulhento. Além disso, a cortina deixa passar toda a luminosidade. O ar condicionado só funciona no frio e ao pedir mais cobertores, pois disponibilizam apenas uma manta fina, fomos informadas de que não havia mais cobertores no hotel. No café da manhã os ovos tinham um cheiro estranho . Preferi não comer. Com pequenos detalhes poderia ser considerado bom, pela localização e custo benefício. Uma pena.

O quarto nao foi limpo entre as diárias, nao tiraram o lixo, a acústica do quarto muito ruim e na primeira diaria que estava no quarto duplo, havia uma mureta pra entrar no quarto, horrível, pequeno e disfuncional.

Sou viajante frequente e já fiquei hospedada em dezenas de hotéis. Nunca vi um hotel tão ruim. So dei 3 estrelas pelo atendimento do recepcionista Gilberto que foi excelente. Ao lado do hotel, existe um prédio em construção com o barulho ensurdecedor de um bate-estaca o dia todo. O estacionamento tem um acesso difícil através de rampas íngremes e o acesso a recepcao tem que ser através delas , carregando as malas o que é muito ruim. Ao sair do elevador ja senti um cheiro de mofo e ao abrir a porta do quarto, me deparei com um espaço minúsculo, onde só cabia a cama de casal . Nao cabia nem uma cadeira e nem tinha espaco pra manusear a mala. O banheiro sem ventilacao (o exaustor não resolve), paredes pintadas sem nenhum cabide para toalhas. O chuveiro realmente demora 5 minutos pra esquentar e nessa hora ja inundou o banheiro. O quarto e o banheiro são úmidos e gelados. Passei muito frio a noite. A agua do chão não secou mesmo no outro dia. Tudo que os hóspedes relataram de problemas aqui no site é real. Claro que não consegui ficar e saí do hotel no dia seguinte a minha chegada, mesmo tendo pago adiantado a estadia inteira . A localizacao só é boa pra quem vai utilizar os hospitais da região. Pra virvukar a noite é perigoso.

Ter elevador, muito próximo ao Shoping paulista, de resto é horrível, quarto minúsculo, café muito simples, garagem de acesso difícil e descoberto e tem atendente pretinho que é negativo todo..
