If you are traveling from abroad then do NOT use this location. I almost missed my flight trying to send the negligent room management documents before my arrival. I text them on a Friday and they didn't reply until Monday with the ridiculous list of things to submit. It took over 2 hours and almost missed my flight. Secondly, the property wlll charge you for used towels and bed linens. I changed accommodations after 3 days. I love Sao Paulo and will be back. But I will not return to this villa.

Adorei a estadia, porteiros super dedicados e educados, ambiente limpo e tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Ambiente agradável e aconchegantes, áreas externas excelentes tmb. Única pontuação para melhoria do imóvel que eu sugiro é deixar os panos de chão mais limpos, o que veio no meu quarto estava com algumas manchas como se não houvesse sido limpo e a outra sugestão seria colocar acima do cooktop um depurador de ar pois ao utilizar o fogão fica toda a fumaça no ap, dificil de sair pois só há a saída de ar pela janela da frente, e também fica um cheiro forte de fumaça após o uso.
