Where do I start ? I was having a great time in Brazil until I got here , they didn’t t send me the password plus apt # which took couple hours of waiting in a shady neighborhood ! I had to call Expedia and that’s how I got help. No communication NADA from whomever running this place , this was the worst part of my trip and I would never stay at another Abnb again ! The only reason I stayed at an Abnb was because I wanted to cook and they had one baby pot and a frying pan that can fry a baby egg SMH ! The bathroom door handle was broken and I got locked in couple times, which was also dangerous because it scratches me couple of times . The shower has no where to put soap or shower gel . The place is ok for one person but tiny for two much less three , I had no idea where to put 4 days of garbage ! I don’t speak the language and no one reached out to me to see if Im ok or to instruct me on what to do or not to do NADA .The property isn’t bad it’s the people who are in-charge of this unit that should be out of business ! they have no idea on customer service .

Nova e moderna, excelente opção para uma estadia em São Paulo. Os arredores não parecem seguros à noite, porém o estacionamento 24h que fica ao lado resolveu nosso problema. Experiência excelente.
