It’s the second time I stay here… It’s an easy place to get in and out. Plenty restaurants near by. Of course this is São Paulo and I would not walk at night. Room service it’s good, breakfast is great.

A lovely little hotel

As previous reviews have stated, this is a no-frills hotel. It is also a pretty little hotel tucked away at the northern end of the Santana neighborhood, and a great choice for the business traveler on a budget. The rooms are clean, the internet service is solid. While there is no grand entrance the interior design is sleek and classy. The staff speak only Portuguese but like most Brazilians understand some Spanish and are quite helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and will likely stay here again if I travel to São Paulo.

Not helpful at all to foreign guests.

Just a place to stay and nothing more. Representative of Sao Paolo, indifferent to guests, no English maps or guides, very few personnel who can help you if you are non-Portuguese speaker. Study here and suffer the consequence.
