Portuguese only and extremely hi-tech

I had booked a 5 night stay but ended up leaving after only 2 nights and just forfeiting the cost for the rest of my trip. I speak fluent Portuguese and even I had significant trouble communicating with the host and building. Everything was so hi tech as to be impractical. The code for the door to my unit was literally like 15 characters, so imagine the time it takes to enter each time !!! Building is well located for lgbt travelers wanting to be near Republica gay nightlife. Mold in bathroom and it was so poorly vented that it stayed wet during our entire stay.finally the room was very small yet packed with very large heavy pieces of furniture. For two people it was hard to maneuver. On plus side the public areas of building are lovely and the Wi-Fi was good. I recommend asking for a unit with a view over the Praça da República.

Local bom, mas precisa melhorar o atendimento

Acomodação muito boa, apenas o sistema de self-check-in é complicado porque as fechaduras são velhas e nada práticas. Precisam trocar a tecnologia pois é bem complicada e fica dando erro em vários momentos. O lugar é muito bom, mas o atendimento é muito lento que oferecem.

Bad reception, awesome building and location

They were not available when needed, it is a tenant's house rented by third party, so they are not in the building. they couldn't fix internet for 1 day. Toilet flush is leaking. The building and the location is awesome.

Gostaria de dizer que, a localização do imóvel é Praça da República 411 e a informação está o número 401. Fiquei perdido quando cheguei. Por ter 2 entradas - Rua Aurora e Praça da República poderia constar a informação das 2 entradas. Região é muito perigosa, estão de parabéns pelo sistema de SEGURANÇA, excelente, excepcional, dá ao hóspede muito conforto quanto a este ponto. Sensacional tudo. Parabéns 👍👏👍👏👍

Colchão ruim e localização conveniente

A região é um pouco perigosa, mas nada além de furtos de celulares. O que me incomodou muito foi a ineficiência do ar condicionado no frio (estava menos de 8 graus, quando eu fui). Além disso faltaram cobertores. No mais, tudo funciona bem, especialmente a internet. Pena que a sacada foi totalmente desperdiçada. Poderia ter uma mesinha e cadeiras.

Exelente custo beneficio.

Predio excelente, e localização estrategica para quem quer ficar no centro de são paulo. Com mercado e restautamtes proximos. Unica desvantagem e no caso de chegar antes das 15 horas com mala. Não tem o serviço de guardar mala, ate o horario de check-in.

Prédio e localização bons, péssimo apartamento

O prédio tem boa estrutura e localização, porém o apartamento é ruim desde o check in até o check out. Toalhas e lenções de péssima qualidade e sujos, banheiro escuro, sabão e papel higiênico de péssima qualidade, dificuldade de resposta e de comunicação com a administração do apartamento, TV e internet não funcionaram direito, lavanderia também não funciona porque a administração não cadastra o cartão com antecedência. Como minha temporada foi de 6 dias, tentei resolver todas essas questões porém sem sucesso, dai tive que por minha conta chamar um técnico para verificar a TV a Internet, levei os lençóis e toalhas para lavar em uma lavanderia e comprei novas fronhas para cobrir os travesseiros. Os problemas do checkin me deixaram tenso na chegada. Embora tenha me adiantado enviando os documentos e pagamento a caução via pix, na véspera da chegada recebi mensagem da administração informando que não seria possível o check in sem a devida documentação e caução. Não recomendo.

Gostei do apartamento. Muito bem localizado para quem precisa ficar na regiao da República. Prédio novo, apartamento bem cuidado e equipado. Internet WiFi e cabeada de boa qualidade.

Ótima estadia e atendimento! A limpeza do quarto é ótima. Mesmo sendo localizando numa região relativamente perigosa, principalmente a noite, o prédio oferece muita segurança. Área do condomínio muito bem cuidada e limpa.

Muito bom, precisa melhorar serviços

Excelente predio e localizacao. Chamo atencao para que o local é perigoso e a portaria nao abre o portao tao rapido quanto necessario, deixando o hospede a mercê de assaltos. O contato com a adminitracao do apto tambem foi dificil. Final de semana nao respondem. Precisei de coberta e liberacao do cartao da lavanderia e so consegui dois dias apos. No resto indico.
