Ficamos apenas uma noite, valeu pelo custo beneficio de 210,00 reais pela diaria para 3 pessoas, localização boa, recepção ok mas sem muita simpatia pelos atendentes, já o quarto que nos deram era ruim, tinha cheiro de mofo e ficava virado para a construção de um edifício, necessita melhorar a limpeza, lençois bem amarelados e manchados assim com as toalhas. Não podemos opinar sobre o café da manhã pois nao tomamos devido transfer ser as 4h manhã. Demais instalações bem precárias necessita de reformas e manutenção, como a piscina.

Dois fatores diminuirão nosso goato pelo hotel: Cafe da manha desorganizado, faltando varios itens que sao servidos durante o café, demora na reposicao, o local do cafe nao suporta os hospedes, ficando pessoas em pé Quanto a limpeza, quases todos os dias foram feitos a tarde sendo que e horario q vc esta voltando da praia, tendo q aguardar do lado de fora se quiser o quarto limpo e as vezes deixando de repor toalhas. Ou seja falta mais organizacao para atender tantos hospdes

Check in demorou 40 min para ser realizado. Lentidão enorme dos atendentes que não deram conta de realizar check ins de 3 casais que chegaram no mesmo momento. Quando finalmente consegui realizar meu checkin, me deram o cartão de um quarto que estava ocupado. Tive que descer a recepção pra pegar um novo quarto. Quando finalmente consegui, deixe as coisas no quarto e saí para comer. Quando retornamos, me dei conta do estádo precário que estava o quarto. Os cantos todos sujos, chão sem varrer, mesinha suja sem ter sido realizado nenhum tipo de limpeza. Box nojento. E alem de tudo, o ar na temperatura minima mal gelava o quarto. Wifi não pegava no meu quarto. A piscina estava nojenta, foi motivo de reclamação de outros hospedes tambem. Alem disso, o espaço para café da manhã não comportava todos os hóspedes, faltando lugar para sentar, pratos e até comida em certos momentos. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, porém, a administração deixa tudo largado. Tinha potencial pra ser uma experiência boa. Mas foi lamentável.
