Built in 2023 in our family land, this beautiful villa is located inside the settlement of Foinikia and has a luxurious local feeling. One of the advantages of this villa is that it is located very close to everything you need for a truly relaxing holiday experience. A small grocery store, little restaurants with local food and beautiful churches are just few steps away. There is free public parking across the street. If you walk a little further, from Foinikia, only ten minutes, you find yourself in the beautiful caldera and the cosmopolitan village Oia. Foinikia is a quiet village, and the great thing about Pink Freud Villas is that you can walk to Oia where you can experience the world‘s most famous sunset, great shopping, bars and fine dining restaurants. But when you return “home” you will enjoy peace and quiet and an evening drink at your private pool.

This villa has two floors. In the ground floor there is a large living room with a flat screen smart tv, two couches, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with chairs and a bathroom. In front of the living room there is a terrace with a plunge jetted swimming pool, outdoor furniture and great sea and sunset view.
The sleeping area and one bathroom are located in the first floor. There are two bedrooms upstairs with double beds, and a small balcony overseeing the Aegean and the beautiful Santorini sunset. All linen, mattresses and toiletries are top quality.
