The island as a whole is beautiful and this resort is no exception. After a few days adventuring we decided that the nicest place on the island was actually just by the pool at the resort. The staff were incredibly helpful in explaining anything we wanted to know and organising transport too/from different places.

This hotel was amazing - it looked like a small cozy home from outside - very spacious and clean - pool area was nice and view was beautiful - Maria was absolutely great with everything we asked for - she was so helpful and courteous and made us feel at home - the breakfast was delicious!!! A beautiful hotel with incredible breakfasts delivered to your room each morning. Rooms were clean, modern and all had lovely terrace area with a fridge. The pool area was always quiet with super comfortable sunbeds and a short walk to the centre of Fira which had fabulous views and restaurants. The only thing it was missing was the Caldera view but this is reflected in the competitive price.

We stayed in a villa and it was clean, well equipped and centrally located. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved the pool and all the outdoor seating that was available. The breakfast was incredible and was delivered to our door! Would absolutely recommend this hotel!
