The apartment also has private gated parking for one vehicle.
This modern apartment with a living room, it can be both for family movie nights as well as to relax with your partner in a beautiful evening drinking wine.
If you're a chef aficionado we have a compact but fully equipped kitchen available however If you prefer to stay home dinner for takeout we have a beautifully decorated dining room in mint conditions.
So close to the ocean that you can also walk to it, feel the wind and stand at the lookout to see the beautiful view.
You can also get there in the afternoon so you can appreciate the sunset.
But if you are curious or you like to fish, we recommend you go early in the morning so that you can fish quietly and even maybe see some crabs or feel the good weather in the morning.
The way you get to our dearest Malecon is going downstreet until you get to the avenue being careful you cross it and then look up for some lookout.
Other amazing point is that you are only 15 minutes from the Colonial Zone and 5 minutes from South Mirador Park.
So you can take a ride in the Colonial Zone or walk inside the park and enjoy the rich atmosphere even have a picnic near its lake.
