I had the best experience at the Hyatt Centric. The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and all the dinning options are excellent. I stayed longer than expected, and as a female alone in a foreign country I was a little worried about safety. Everyone in the hotel made me feel welcomed and safe. Shout out to Leo, Elvin, Dorrianny, Agripina for making my stay better!

The staff was amazing—attentive, professional, and truly memorable. I would especially like to highlight Vladimir for his exceptional attention to detail and the outstanding customer service provided by his front desk team. John was a fantastic host, giving me a thorough tour of the property and showing me all the amenities. Erick, the bartender at the rooftop bar, made the evening unforgettable for all the guests. Last but not least the breakfast was AMAZING and Friendly Staff. I highly recommend this hotel!
