The property is old and they are renovating son areas. But they shouldn’t give those nasty old smelling rooms to people. The said I’m a VIP. But the have changed us 3 times and a phone call to Expedia, for them to make right First two rooms derty carpet and smell bad, fresh paint smells in the hallway. 2nd room some what better, but is was listillo

Property is unkept! Very moldy smell and they tried to hustle us into upgrading for a fee and the only difference with the upgrade is there wouldn’t be any carpet in the room. So we didn’t get the upgrade. Pool area was unkept facility is nice but it’s poorly kept. Staff is okay but could be better. I feel like I was catfished the hotel doesn’t look like the pictures at all. The moldy smell was horrible and we got stuff in the elevator due to power outage. Very dissatisfied with the stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed everything about the property, staff, and service. However, this is the second time my credit card has been compromised following a stay. While I can’t say with certainty that the hotel was the source, it was the only place I used my card on both occasions. Coincidence twice? I’ll let you be the judge.
