Strategically located in between the Old Town (Zona Colonial) the trendy, vibrant metropolis of Downtown Santo Domingo and the Malecon (Ocean Walk) (4-8 min Uber ride from each!)
This spectacular unit consists of 3 bedrooms, an office and 4 bathrooms laid out in a spacious floor plan that extends to 275m2+. The unit resides in the 7th floor and has breathtaking views of the ocean and the surrounding scenery.
The vast living room offers a flat screen television and a comfortable sitting area from which to enjoy the fresh Caribbean breeze. It also has a spacious dining area for more formal engagements. The unit offers a large office for business requirements.
The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with air conditioning and possesses a romantic private balcony. It also possesses a jacuzzi-bath with stainless steel plated shower head and walk-in closet. (Full A/C)
The kitchen is spacious and a joy to reside in. Countertops are comprised of imported granite and the finishing’s are of the highest order to promote efficiency and aesthetics.
Bedroom 2 (Full A/C) and 3 (Full A/C) have 2 double beds and two queen beds respectively with their own shower and walk-in closet.
An excellent choice for big groups, bachelors, and a quiet romantic get-away for couples. It also lends itself as the vacation spot for the entire family.
