Front office amd house keeping is extremely incompetent. Cannot follow simple instructions and got namea and no of people in each of our 3 rooms incorrect despite telling them multiple times and blamed hotels.com. however, breakfast ans restaurant staff were amazing.

The only thing I didn't like was the pool. The water was really cold (I knew it was not a heated pool). The hotel was great, everything was clean, the staff was super-friendly and the breakfast was amazing. And located in a beautiful neighborhood.

Clean, convenient and family friendly!

Location is 10/10 close to a very nice big shopping centre and sky costanero. Very safe and convenient. Train station was just at our door step and we bought Bip card (you need cash to buy tickets) and took Line 1 Red to few attractions. Breakfast was very nice and had variety to please everyone. Only minor issue was that I booked a day trip one day and pick up time was 7 am ,thinking breakfast was at 6:30am as I asked few days before but it turned out to be at 7 am cause it was a Saturday so be mindful when booking your day trips. Tours start early in the morning and usually pick ups are different starting from 6:30 am.

For a 5 star hotel it was the worst Accor Hotel we stayed at. The location is unbeatable the executive suite rooms are really nicely designed but the service at the hotel is officially the worst. It’s inconsistent and not up to scratch of a 5 star hotel from reception, restaurant to cleaning staff. The whole hotel staff including the managers onsite all need to be retrained properly. They are really ruining the Pullman Accor brand. We stay at Accor hotels all the time so we know what to expect.
