Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
PESIMO!! El parking tiene costo adicional y muy elevado. La ubicacion del hotel es mala, en un barrio centrico, pero feo. La atencion del personal (una persona) es malisima y solo se encarga de cobrarte cada centavo acordado y mas. No es un hotel!! Es un departamento en un edificio. No tiene jabon, shampoo, PAPEL HIGIENICO, ni nada de aquello que pueda brindarle un minimo de comodidad al huesped. Por ultimo, como broche de oro, se corto el suministro de agua durante 7 horas. Por favor, si desean disfrutar de Santiago de Chile, NO SE ALOJEN en este Apart. Y marche un curso de cortesia y buenos tratos para la encargada de cobrar la estadia.
