With a very late night arrival, the staff struggled to check-in guests while attending to the telephone and sorting out problems. One result was an extremely long wait at 2:00am for exhausted travelers wishing to check in and get some sleep.

La llave se desactivo cada dia durante mi estadia de 4 dias y tuve que bajar de nuevo reactivarla. Y NO la tenia cerca de ningun dispositivo electronico. No hubo canales de noticias internacionales disponibles en la television.

El termostato no funcionaba. Dormimos con temperatura de 26 Celsius. Conserjería: solo una persona trabaja en la noche y NO HAY NINGÚN EMPLEADO de mantencion que pueda solucionar algún problema en un hotel de más de 100 habitaciones. Insólito! Exprimiendo el limón hasta que duela a los cliente.

Hay un servicio de transporte del Aeropuerto al hotel. Pero hay q tramitarlo en la salida 3 para q lo tomen en cuenta. Hotel muy bueno. Súper limpio. Agradable. Nuevo. Muy cerca del aeropuerto. Muy tranquilo. Personal con nota 💯. Definitivamente lo recomiendo. Desayuno variado y muy rico
