This hotel is brand new. The staff is well trained. I highly recommend the breakfast and dinner was also exceptional. I enjoyed the attention and the room so much I ended staying an additional night and rebooked after a few days coming back to Santiago.

The hotel is nice for the area. Most of the staff are very friendly. Some of the options were not fully explained like they have different menu’s for different areas which we were not aware and didn’t find out until our last day. The pool area is limited and the menu offered isn’t the only things you can order as we found out. The rooms and beds are very comfortable and there is a grocery and mall next door which is very convenient. Most of the service people were very nice and helpful especially our server Rosalie and the restaurant manager Ollie.
