Access for people with reduced mobility (lift). 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 WCs, 2 separate, large fully equipped terrace facing south (deckchairs, barbecue), double garage with electric doors, enclosed garden with gate and digital code access, direct access to the beach, bicycles, billiards, beds will be made upon arrival.

A deposit of 1000 euros will be requested on your arrival and will be refunded after checking the inventory.
