The chalet is located on the outskirts of the village of Cala Santanyi, where you can enjoy the tranquility of nature on a walk, reach the beach in a few minutes and the next larger town Santanyi is only 5 minutes away by car.
The house has two floors, the lower floor is suitable for wheelchairs. Here are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and an open living / dining area.
The third bedroom is on the 1st floor, there is another bathroom with bath. The upstairs living room also has a second small kitchenette and a terrace.
