Semi-detached villa on the beachfront with direct access to the sea via the rocks. Fantastic sea views can be enjoyed from both the house and the pool. This villa, with attractive furnishings and modern decor, has three bedrooms and a private pool. It is available for rent in the Es Forti - Cala D'Or area of ​​Mallorca.

The house is spread over two floors and decorated in beautiful, light colors. The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen with ample storage and a pantry. An open-plan space connects the living room, which overlooks the terrace, the dining area, and a small reading nook overlooking the pool and veranda, which has a table for al fresco dining. Beyond this lies the lovely pool. A second area offers a sofa, a dining table, and access to the garden. Also on the ground floor are a utility room and a guest toilet. The first floor comprises three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed with sea views, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and access to a private terrace with stunning sea views. The two other bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, share a separate bathroom with a bathtub and access to a small terrace overlooking the garden.

The pool and terrace, furnished with comfortable garden furniture, are the perfect place to relax and enjoy the magnificent, unobstructed sea view.

From the garden, a gate leads to the rocks and directly to the sea. There is no ladder leading down to the sea. Plastic beach/pool sandals are recommended.

Air conditioning is available in the living area and bedrooms, with set and limited operating hours.

Not a good experience..

We have vacationed in Mallorca for many years and have stayed in many fine houses, so we have a good understanding of what to expect from a property in this price range. Here is the revised version of the list of faults and deficiencies with the house in English: There are only five chairs for the garden tables; there should be six. The beds in room 3 are so bad we had to put the mattresses on the floor. The dishwasher does not clean properly. There aren't enough glasses, and the ones available are old and identical. Turning on the electric boiler trips the house fuse. The house was generally dirty. There is no towel for the small toilet. The TV does not work. The door to the toilet on the second floor makes an excessive amount of noise when opened and closed. Overall, the house seems old and worn out. To pool was great, and the outside was ok. We were quite surprised by how dirty it was and how many things were not functioning, and the communication with VRBO was not good. We will not be returning to this house, that is certain. Summer Holiday 2021

Plus Beautiful quiet location, private with access to sea. Helpful owner when we had an issue with the key. Minus Poollights and lamp over outside dining area didn’t work. It never got fixed during the stay. The fuse always broke when you start the owen. Overall a nice stay and our two daughters loved the pool. The electric needs a little TLC though..
