With 3 bedrooms, each with double bed, private terrace, air-conditioning and en-suite bathroom, the villa offers accommodation for 6 +1 persons. The spacious suite on the ground floor has a king size bed, HD flat screen TV and a comfortable sleeping sofa bed for 1 adult or 1 child, also a private terrace with table and chairs to enjoy breakfast in privacy. The bedroom has a direct access to the garden with swimming pool. On the first floor are 2 more bedrooms with double bed, the "Master" bedroom has a HD Flatscreen TV and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower and the 2nd bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The living room is very spacious and luxuriously decorated with stylish lounge furniture, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV (LG 48 Inch OLED Smart 4K UHD HDR Freeview TV). Sliding glass doors lead from the living room to a spacious terrace for outdoor meals and there´s a direct access to the garden and pool. There is also a separate dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, all cooking utensils etc, .. washer and dryer are located in a separate utility room.
