Drac 5 is located in a unique location on the first line of the sea on the fine white sandy beach in Cala Santanyí, a small and quiet bay surrounded by pine trees in the southeast of Mallorca, about 50 km from the airport. It is a spacious apartment with a balcony and access to the roof terrace. It has two double bedrooms, one with access to the balcony, two bathrooms, a living room with access to the balcony, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and combi fridge. The dining room has access to an outdoor staircase that leads up to the roof terrace. This terrace is furnished with 4 sun loungers, a table with 4 chairs and a parasol and offers fantastic views of the entire cove. The property is furnished and equipped with satellite TV, central heating and internet. A cot and high chair are provided on request. Bed linen and towels are of course available.



Santanyí, where there are numerous shops, restaurants, bars, large supermarkets and a popular weekly market, is about 3.5 km away.

Traumhafte Lage und Ausblick auf die Bucht

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche dort. Schöne Wohnung, super Ausblick auf die Bucht und schöne Dachterrasse. Einzig die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. So fehlt zB ein Schneidebrett. Aber damit kommt man auch klar.

Traumhafte Lage, toller Blick, gute Ausstattung

Wir waren recht zufrieden, das Apartment Nummer 5 ist eigentlich für sechs Leute ausgerichtet, wobei nur ein Schlafzimmer wirklich nach vorne den Blick hat . Das Apartment ist renoviert und hat komplett neue Bäder. Kleiner Abzug: die Heizung hat nicht bzw nur ganz selten temporär funktioniert.

Traumhafte Lage, direkt am Meer.

Das rauschende Meer liegt dir zu Füßen. Durch das Cafe Drac, unterhalb der Apartementos wird leider durch den Dunstabzug viel warme Luft und Gerüche in die darüber liegenden Wohnungen geblasen.
