Lage super, aber….

… für den Preis der aufgerufen wird ist das Haus desolat ausgerüstet. Keine vernünftigen Utensilien in der Küche, das Bad abgerockt, ein Stuhl auf dem Balkon kaputt usw…..die Lage und die Aussicht phänomenal, aber insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen

Die Lage ist einfach sensationell! Schönes kleines Fischerhäuschen direkt am Wasser. Im Haus sind alle elektronischen Geräte (sogar ein Stabmixer!) des täglichen Bedarfs vorhanden. Den Geschirrspüler würde ich an Stelle des Eigentümers austauschen. Hier hat die Meeresluft mit der salzhaltigen Luft ihr Werk verrichtet. Ansonsten hätte ich mir ein wenig Waschpulver für die Waschmaschine gewünscht. Also Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Nasse Füße wird man wohl kaum bekommen, wenn man sich auf den Weg zum Häuschen macht. Ein wenig Mobilität ist allerdings erforderlich. Das Häuschen ist nur zu Fuß über ein paar Stufen zu erreichen. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ruhige Bucht im Spätherbst

Die Lage des Hauses in der Cala Santanyi ist einfach unschlagbar. Wir hatten unglaubliches Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten noch im November jeden Tag direkt vom Haus ins Mittelmeer springen. Augfrund der späten Jahreszeit war es bereits herrlich ruhig, allerding schließt in dieser Zeit bereits auch ein Teil der örtlichen Infrastrukur, was aber wenn man einen Mietwagen hat kein Problem ist. Bis Santanyi sind es lediglich 5 Minuten. Das Haus bietet zwar keinen übermäßigen Luxus aber man hat alles was man braucht und die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben. Einzig das Bett und die Kopfkissen könnten für unseren Geschack etwas komfortabler sein. Der Kontakt zur Agentur war hervorragend und kleinere Probelem wurden freundliche und schenll gelöst.

1. Lage am Meer

Es war wunderbar, die Fewo ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Lage ist wunderschön. Mit dem Kajak waren sehr gerne unterwegs. Das war ein tolles Plus. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Toll in der Bucht von Santanyi gelegen. Der Ausblick vom Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer direkt auf's Meer ein Traum.

Idyllische Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage

Das Fischerhaus entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Ein tolles Ferienhäuschen, das noch einen ursprünglichen Charme hat. Die Räume sind klein, aber sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Wir haben uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige, was wir uns zur Verbesserung gewünscht hätten, wäre bspw. ein Ventilator im Wohnbereich, da es in diesem Raum teilweise sehr warm war, trotz angrenzendem Balkon. Alles in allem ist das Häuschen top und die Lage ist absolut traumhaft!!
