Good experience, however there are some leakage in the bathroom. cleanliness is good. need a repair for the lock in ladies restroom cubicle. Function area is good. Stayable great location.

We liked the property as it was located in the middle of everything like supermarket, malls, and restaurant. We don’t liked that the property had intermittent hot water in the bathroom and no bidet in the toilet. We get a Business Deluxe room and those are not the standard room amenities. The food in the restaurant are cold (only soup in the pot and coffe are hot). The staff are all friendly and nice.

My sons really loved our room because it is spacious with 1 bedroom and 1 living room. But i'm a bit disappointed because in the booking confirmation, our room is supposed to be 2 king sized beds. The bidet in the cr is low pressurized. But those are all small things. Overall we enjoyed our stay plus the staff are all courteous and accommodating.

The bed was super hard, bathroom shower was broken, had crappy tv service, cockroaches, the casino is super small and only accepts big bills, room service uses fake pictures of the food so when you order it's not like the picture. Had to get another card for the room to keep the AC and fridge working. Overall it wasn't worth the money I spent
