About this property
Fragrance free, 1930 2-bdrm Craftsman farmhouse on 3 acres at the edge of town
This spacious two-bedroom, one bath farmhouse boasts 1200 square feet of living space which makes for a large kitchen, family room and bedrooms. There are 8 steps to enter the home, central heating, portable A/C and plenty of uncovered parking.
Both bedrooms are furnished with a king bed (one Casper Eastern and one Beautyrest Cal King) with toppers, a ceiling fan, a relaxing/reading area, charging stations and a dresser. Each bedroom closet has an extra blanket, a personal fan, a full-length mirror, hangers, and robes to borrow. The Craftsman is well insulated from street noise, but it is located on a road with moderate traffic, morning commute through early evening. A white noise machine and earplugs are provided for guests in the street side bedroom for those with noise sensitivity.
The main living area is split into two spaces- a comfy family room with plenty of seating and a 55” smart TV. Also, an electric fireplace, air purifier, book library and armoire with many games, puzzles and arts supplies. The other area is set up for playing games, doing puzzles, doing art, working or as an additional dining space.
As is common in these old homes, the single bathroom has a clawfoot tub with shower. Provided are bath towels, makeup towels, a blow dryer, and a multi plug outlet with USB ports just waiting for you to relax after a fun day in Sonoma County!
We have carefully added many thoughtful amenities to the Craftsman in anticipation of your stay. Including but not limited to: outdoor games, beachcomber equipment, iron and ironing board, a stocked spice drawer, a plethora of books for your reading pleasure that once started, you are free to take home. The list goes on.

Things to note:
There are cameras on the property. One faces the parking area, one faces the back field, one faces the front field and one is at the front door.
This is a 1930 farmhouse on 3 acres. What that means is that though some of the features of the home have been updated, we have chosen to keep the craftsman charm alive. So, the floors are painted or covered with area rugs, the sinks and clawfoot bathtub are original, the kitchen has the original wallpaper, the stove is gas from 1940, and the 85-year-old refrigerator stands 5 feet tall with a 8” x 12” x 14" freezer. There may be smells and noises unfamiliar to a modern house. Also, you may see honeybees (4 hives on the back edge of the property), spiders, lizards, foxes, racoons, turkeys, deer and other wildlife. And did I mention dust? There are two horse stables within a stone’s throw which means….dust! If the above features are unattractive to you, I invite you not to book this home.
