OFFERING LAST MINUTE SPECIAL for END OF SUMMER AT discounted price. CHECK IT OUT I CAN HELP SAVE. DIRECTLY ON OUR OWN BEACH WITH EXCELLENT VIEWS OF THE BEACH FROM OUR CONDO. COME AND ENJOY SOME OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACHES IN THE PANHANDLE. OUR UNIT IS VERY SPACIOUS AND UPDATED. COME AND RELAX AND ENJOY OUR BEAUTIFUL BEACH. This is one of the larger 3 bedroom/3 full bath condos in our complex and closest to the beach from our unit. Very spacious and all features of home. Come visit us and see why people keep coming back to our condo. Dunes of Seagrove has many amenities including two pools/hot tub/tennis court/pickelball/sauna/workout room/conference room (optional for rental) and grills for grilling. Plus the beach is only steps to some of the best beaches. Our views from our condo are great of the beach. We also have underground parking and elevators for easy access to our condo.

Our unit is very spacious well kept, clean and is decorated 'beachy'. Spacious living room with 65" Flat Screen TV, Blueray DVD player. . Our unit also has wifi, so bring your laptop and connect to the internet free of charge. Master bedroom with Flat Screen smart TV, 2nd and 3rd bedroom has smart TV. Unit has all amenities with washer/dryer, fully-equipped kitchen and is non-smoking with no pets. Our complex has underground parking and overflow for additional guests. There are grills near the pool area. We have 2 pools, a hot tub, tennis/pickelbacll court/ workoutroom with scana.. And, of course, our beautiful beach just steps from our condo. There is beach service for Dunes of Seagrove at a nominal cost. The service is offered thru Dunes of Seagrove. Just sign up and everyday they setup and take down.

We have some of the most beautiful, award-winning white sand Beaches in the United States! Enjoy the 17-mile bike trail on Scenic 30-A and a short walk from the front of our beach to Deer lake State Park. There are 1,700 acres of walking trails through some of the most picturesque scenery and its also a wildlife sanctuary. It's worth a visit to this secluded beach area.
