Weekend stay

the location and neighborhood are nice and beach access is close by and walking distance. the place is nice, but not as clean as it should be. There is water leaking under the sink and smells moldy. Accent pillows on the beds are dirty and some rugs need to be cleaned. Utensils were dirty and the utensil holder was dirty. I did like the layout and how quiet it was. Overall, our visit was great and we enjoyed our time.

Great location! Cool beach access near Eastern Lake

We’ve been to 30A over eight times and we like this general area the best as the beach is not as crowded as other neighborhoods, such as Seacrest and Rosemary. It’s great to have bikes to visit the nearby restaurants. I will say the closest beach access is now private; however, there is another option (San Roy) that is a 5 minute walk or use the beach trolley (Ms Charlotte was AMAZING) to get to the South Walton Dune public access. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the condo was perfect for our needs (2 adults, 2 teenagers (16-17 year old), and one 10 year old who slept on the sleeper sofa in the living room. Would definitely consider coming back to this same area/unit!

Great Location

Have stayed at several locations between Destin and Panama City and this was the perfect fit for our annual trip. Close to the beach, stocked condo with all the amenities of home, and onsite pool to take a dip relax after a long beach day. Great stay and we will visit again.
