Welcome to Ocean Blue Escape located in the Gulf Place Cabanas - Adorable first floor condo *Recently updated*, just a few steps away from one of three heated community pools. Enjoy the pool view right off of the main living area and patio. One King bed, a set of bunk beds in an alcove off of the hallway, and a sleeper sofa, sleeping up to 6 guests. The main living space is equipped with a 55” flat screen Smart TV for viewing your favorite shows or sporting events. New kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops, including a large kitchen bar with bar stools, have recently been installed. Across the street you will find 3 gated beach accesses exclusively for the Gulf Place Community and the Timpoochee Trail 30A's 19-mile paved bike/walking path. Just a short 5 minute walk is the Ed Walline Regional Beach Access with restrooms, showers and a handicap ramp with walk out mat onto the beach. The unit is just a 3-5 minute walk from several local restaurants, sandwich shop, coffee and cupcake shop, ice cream shops, bike and golf cart rental, retail shopping and more.
There are 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and 4 beach towels provided for your use during your stay.

Within the community you will have access to three pools (all heated seasonally), tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffle board and corn hole courts and hot tub. The center green space hosts live music and festivals throughout the year.
County Highway 30A's 19 mile paved bike path parallels the entire length of the scenic road and passes through all of its famous beach communities. Enjoy bike riding on the path and exploring the rare coastal dune lakes.
There are four state parks along 30A which offer hiking and biking trails.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony or patio. It’s all about location

Perfect spot! First floor and just outside the back patio are steps to the pool, beach directly across the street, restaurants, coffee, and shops within the neighborhood, bike and walking trails all around. Also, this condo is beautifully decorated and initial setup has most everything you need. Communication with owner Jackie was great! We had double red flags on the beach a couple days and she sent recommendations for other activities in the area we could do. Look forward to returning!

This was a wonderful getaway location for me and my daughter. The proximity to the beach, biking, eating, and shops is super convenient. We had a relaxing time enjoying the beach, walking, e-biking along 30A to experience all the beach towns in the area. Bikes or E-biking is a super way to get around faster. Driving isn't the recommended mode of transportation as traffic is heavy and parking are extremely limited. The owner is very kind and responsive!

EXCELLENT SIZE & LOCATION!

My 18 year old daughter & I wanted some time just the 2 of us before she leaves for college. Our family usually stays in a larger unit so I was looking for a smaller place for just us…we both LOVED this condo! The pool & hot tub were 7 steps from the unit. The beach boardwalk was directly across the street. We walked to dinner most nights with Gulf Place right by us. We agreed we would DEFINITELY return to this condo for our next Girls Getaway!

Loved our stay here at Gulf Place. Love how easy it is to get to the beach right across the street, and watch our daughter swim in the pool right from the patio. This is our second time here, but first time in this condo. It was clean, the instructions clear, a nice greeting upon arrival, and a comfy bed for us. The bunk bed was great for our 11 year old as well. Gulf place is fun with so much to explore and not far from other fun spots 20-40 min away…Will stay again! Get the fried or blackened grouper at Shunk Gully! You won’t be disappointed.

Great Family Condo

We loved the location right next to the pool. It’s great for little kids. The beach wasn’t crowded and is easy to walk to. We love the proximity to restaurants and also the big grassy area for kids to play. Walking everywhere is nice!

There was a small odor at times from the pond adjacent to the pool, but overall the pool was kept in good condition as was the facility. February had a mixture of warm sunny days and cool cloudy days, but there were movie theaters and shopping 15-20 minutes away. The host was very attentive and responded to our inquiries.

Great condo with easy access to pool and beach

Everything was great…from location to size and easy check-in. Lots of restaurants close by. I was worried that we would hear all the noise from the pool but that wasn’t an issue at all. We really enjoyed being that close to the pool. The walk to the beach was easy as well.
