In general the condo was nice, but money needs to be spent on upkeep. The sofa is torn and seats slide forward, the washer and dryer are extremely old and you have to run it a minimum of 3 times to dry clothes. Fridge takes 3 days to make ice and shockingly in order to add more people to stay in unit, a bunk bed system was placed directly in front of entryway. It's the first thing you run into. Not good for children to be by the door and no privacy for guests. Very poor decision. Owner needs to reevaluate investment. Definitely needs window cleaning, paint to deal with scuff marks, pest control and new sofas and washer/dryer.
