Welcome to Calm Kai 30A! We are so happy you are here! We strive to ensure you have everything you could possibly need while staying with us.

Nestled between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, this property sits off Florida's renowned 30A strip. Offering three bedrooms, two baths, and a large patio, this property is the perfect location for your 30A getaway! Exquisitely decorated, this property offers all the comforts of home- including washer and dryer for your convenience! A couple things that drew us to this property was the short walk to the beach and central location for all things 30A!

This beach modern condominium is located on the 2nd floor for extra privacy. Main bedroom with private full bath and plush king bed. Balcony access from main bedroom and living room. Main bedroom includes black out curtains and large walk-in closet and chest of drawers. Second bedroom with cozy queen bed, black out curtains and wall mounted smart TV. Third bedroom includes Twin over Full bunk with twin trundle with wall mounted smart TV. Adjacent full bathroom. Baths include toiletry starter kit to include hand soap and starter bath amenities including 1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner. Towels, hand towels, and wash cloths provided.

Pack N Play is included for your little one.

Our fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances including dishwasher, microwave and disposal and oven range. Granite countertops and bar with seating. Keurig coffee maker, blender, waffle iron, blender and every amenity your chef needs. Plentiful assortment of dishes are sure to keep your family beach dinners in style. One roll of paper towels, starter dish liquid, starter dishwasher tabs, and starter kitchen trash bags included with your stay.

Our open floor plan with dining and living room with sleeper sofa open to kitchen and balcony. Balcony seating available to watch the sunset from your home away from home. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys for your enjoyment.

This unit includes washer and dryer in separate utility room.

Clean linen initiative participant: All linens, are pulled off of property and replaced with freshly laundered linens at every turn.

You will receive 2 parking passes included which can be used for your vehicle or golf cart.

We had high hopes for this stay, the photos looked great and the reviews were good ( from 2022) but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations—especially at this price point.Upon arrival, our entry code did not work, the owner was promptly available and sent me a new one. The condo seemed decent at first glance, but as we settled in, several issues became apparent. The furniture was heavily stained, making it uncomfortable to relax. The overall cleanliness was poor. There was visible dust and sand build up on the baseboards, door jambs, and chair railings, and we found a used bandage on the living room floor. The floors were dirty enough that we felt the need to wear shoes indoors. After showering and getting ready for bed, we discovered sand in the sheets.We reached out to the owner with photos and videos, and to her credit, she did send someone out to clean again, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, even after that, the general condition still didn’t feel up to standard. Later in the stay, we also discovered that the garbage disposal wasn’t working.As someone in real estate, I genuinely want to support the short-term rental model, but it’s difficult to justify nearly 3,000 for a stay with so many cleanliness and maintenance. We do have high standards when it comes to travel accommodations, and while we understand that no stay is perfect, this one missed the mark in too many key areas.

Family get away on 30A

The place was just as expected! Just the right space for a family of 5 with kids ranging in ages from 11 to 6. The boys loved the bunk beds. There are TVs in each room and strong Wi-Fi for all the devices being used. I like that it was on the 2nd floor with a door code versus a key or card. It’s a quick 5-minute walk to the beach, the condo had beach chairs and some other beach accessories. We had a great time over the 4th of July!

Amazing stay

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this property. There were a couple of minor issues and they too care if the almost immediately. Such as light bulbs out and a slow bathroom sun. This was our second stay and would definitely stay here again.
