This beautifully decorated 3BR/2BA home offers the perfect space for making wonderful memories. The fully stocked kitchen is the perfect place to share meals with family and friends. The King master suite comes with a premium mattress and private bath. Access to the balcony allows you to enjoy the warm ocean breeze with morning coffee or an evening cocktail! The second and third bedroom with a shared bath has 2 twin beds and a queen bed. Each bedroom has a smart TV. No need to take laundry home with you, this unit comes equipped with a washer and dryer.

If you're ready for a beach day, head down to your access right at the end San Roy Road, about a 4-minute walk. Enjoy both the Gulf and Eastern Lake. This is a 2+ acre stretch of beach with plenty of room and is the recommended beach for your stay at Beachside Villas. And, for your convenience, Beachside Villas provides transportation to and from this beach access via golf cart service .

Beachside Villas has such a great family-friendly atmosphere. Enjoy a game of shuffleboard, tennis, or pickleball. You can even grab pickleball equipment at the onsite HOA office. Soak up the sun at either one of the 2 pools. One of the pools is heated seasonally. Grill up an amazing BBQ feast on one of the community charcoal grills. Nestled in the heart of Seagrove Beach, you will enjoy access to the 17-mile bike trail along Scenic 30A.
